Rise Resourcing is seeking a Regional Development Manager to support wholesale member partners across a multi-site region in the UK. This field-based role aims to grow accounts, boost profitability, and maximise the value from group membership.

Reporting to the Member Development Controller, you will deliver business reviews, drive store development strategies, and travel to member sites to foster strong, lasting partnerships.

Formación

• 2+ years in a field-based role within cash & carry, delivered wholesale, or convenience retailing.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across multi-site region for on-site meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Account management across a multi-site region with regular on-site business reviews.
• Drive commercial growth, advise on store development budgets and revenue opportunities.
• Provide market insights on category trends and drive promotions compliance.
• Build senior-level relationships and represent the group at national events.
