Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to cover Southampton to Chichester and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on visiting customer sites, promoting our products, and driving regional turnover.

You will build lasting relationships with trade stores, identify new opportunities, and work with internal teams to convert inquiries into orders. A UK driving licence and a proven track record in field sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales or regional sales experience in construction or related sectors.
• Strong ability to build relationships with diverse businesses and drive turnover.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites across the region and build relationships face-to-face.
• Promote brand, products, catalogs, and current promotions.
• Encourage footfall to local trade stores and increase sales.
• Support smaller accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Work toward regional sales and turnover targets.
• Assist trade stores in achieving monthly targets.
• Pass potential customers to the Business Development team for qualification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle enquiries and quotes.
