Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager to support the UK Joint Replacement division in London. You will help drive regional sales growth, enhance customer experience and execute commercially, while building trusted partnerships and modelling leadership behaviours.

The role travels approximately 90% and supports Mako growth initiatives. Designed as a development opportunity, you will influence through collaboration, coach colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years in sales, sales support or marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of medical devices or theatre environment is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic account planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, pipeline management and strategic account planning for the region, including Mako growth priorities.
• Coach colleagues and lead through influence while supporting commercial priorities.
• Support the Senior Regional Sales Manager in delivering regional objectives and performance.
• Build and strengthen customer partnerships and account development in the Greater London area.
• Contribute to high-performance culture through coaching, feedback and leadership without direct authority.
• Collaborate with enabling teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash and high levels of customer service.
• Escalate relevant customer, account and performance insights to senior management and ensure timely follow-up.
