Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant for Fire Suppression in the UK. You will drive installation and AMR service revenues within regional accounts, develop new opportunities, and manage the sales process leveraging Salesforce. A strong emphasis on technical knowledge and value-based selling will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create new accounts and opportunities.
• Experience in managing opportunities and sales processes.
• Ability to develop, communicate and present value in solutions.
• Experience in Fire Suppression or similar engineering/construction sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell enterprise solutions to drive installation and service growth within Tyco Regional Accounts.
• Develop and maximise existing accounts; identify new business opportunities.
• Survey sites, prepare costs, specs and quotations meeting customer needs; coordinate with bid team as needed.
• Manage sales activity and pipeline via Salesforce.com; aim for growth and bookings.
• Lead planning, qualification of leads, and bid-prep activities across territories.
• Maintain product/technical knowledge and support governance and compliance.
