Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on fire suppression opportunities within the data centre market.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with data centre operators, developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the data centre ecosystem.
• Promote Johnson Controls' fire suppression and life safety solutions through a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
• Influence project specifications and engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, proposal, and operational teams to develop innovative customer solutions.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver reliable forecasting and reporting.
