Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant – Fire Suppression to drive installation and AMR service revenue within the Tyco Regional Accounts Channel.

You will develop and maximise existing accounts, identify new opportunities, survey sites, prepare costs and quotations, and manage sales activity in Salesforce.com to build a strong pipeline and meet targets.

Qualifications

• High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities
• Experience in managing opportunities/accounts and working in/with sales teams to prepare detailed proposals.
• Developing, communicating, and presenting value in created solutions
• Ideally experience in Fire Suppression solutions or similar engineering/construction based sales experience

Responsibilities

• Sell solutions to drive installation and service growth within the Tyco Regional Accounts Channel.
• Develop and maximise existing accounts and identify new business opportunities for enterprise solutions.
• Survey sites, prepare costs, specifications and quotations meeting customer needs.
• Manage activity in Salesforce.com CRM and drive pipeline growth.
• Aim to improve conversion and achieve sales targets.
