Job summary

Securitas Technology UK is seeking a Fire Sales Executive to generate profitable Fire sales across an allocated UK territory. You will nurture existing relationships, win new business, and maximise opportunities for Fire products and services.

You will work with the Fire Team Lead to hit individual targets for revenue, margin and activity, while contributing to overall growth. Build trusted advisor relationships, manage your pipeline, and ensure CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• FIA Level 3 – Design or working towards FIA qualification.
• Comprehensive understanding of BS5839-1:2025 and Fire procedures.
• Experience selling to Fire & Security in a multinational, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs for activity, revenue and margin.
• Manage allocated accounts to maximise retention and revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new Fire business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and propose Fire solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a joined‑up customer experience.
