Job summary

Securitas Technology UK is seeking a dynamic Fire and Security Regional Account Manager to drive new business while expanding existing accounts across RH, BN, TN, ME, CT postcodes.

You will lead the sales process, conduct site surveys, prepare proposals and tender responses, and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers within multisite clients. Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder and Fire is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional sales experience and good commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relationship savvy with the ability to connect with various personalities.
• Collaborator trusted by colleagues and clients.
• Proven experience in the electronic security industry across the sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire.
• Proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement and multi-site account growth.
• Experience in using CRM software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial contact through closing and targeting KPIs.
• Maximise opportunities within allocated accounts and new business.
• Develop sales leads in defined territory via self-initiated approaches.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Conduct quarterly customer visits to expand portfolio and minimise attrition.
• Provide sales and technical presentations at client premises or offices.
• Plan accounts and map client security needs and services.
• Perform site surveys and design surveys to NSI standards.
• Identify and segment key accounts proactively.
