Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in the construction sector.
• Ability to manage multiple financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial budgeting process via Anaplan forecasting software.
• Submission of cash forecasts.
• Support the land Director with investment proposals.
• Manage cash flow and revenue collection.
• Participate in monthly site CVR and regional meetings.
• Review monthly management accounts.
• Assist in the year-end audit process.
• Review and authorize payments to subcontractors.
