Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking an organised coordinator to manage Reactive Service Works for a designated region on a 12 month contract.

You will create weekly workloads and routes for engineers, ensure they have adequate work, order stock for bespoke jobs, and arrange stock collection to maintain a ready float. You will also liaise with clients and diary planning to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and planning engineer's workload is essential.
• Experience using Clik.
• Knowledge of working within the fire and security industry would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly workloads and routes for the engineers.
• Ensure engineers have adequate work load for their days, including when jobs fail.
• Order stock which is required for bespoke pre-booked jobs.
• Arranges engineers stock collection so they have a float of stock which is generally required.
• Relay with the clients on booked work.
• Ensures workload scheduled into the diary is planned by Action Due date / client requested.
• Accountable for handling initial telephone inquiries for clients and engineers.
