Job summary

Siamo Recruitment is recruiting a Scheduler on behalf of a market-leading property security company in the UK. You will plan and coordinate daily workloads for in-house installation engineers and manage third-party suppliers to maximise utilisation and control costs.

The role requires strong communication, prior scheduling exposure, and a Full UK Driving Licence. You will liaise with customers and partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling exposure essential.
• Previous engineer coordination essential.
• Experience in security field advantageous.
• Experience working with all departments.
• Ability to prioritise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads for in-house installation engineers.
• Schedule and manage third-party suppliers.
• Maximise engineer utilisation while minimising travel and costs.
• Coordinate installations, maintenance visits, removals, emergency call-outs and reactive works.
• Monitor engineer capacity and adapt to changing priorities.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and manage expectations.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and external partners.
• Track progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Close completed works in systems and prepare for invoicing.
• Maintain records in CRM and job management systems.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Ensure SLAs, deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
