Cato Networks is a leading security and SaaS platform provider seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across a defined UK territory. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while engaging CIOs, CISOs and CTOs to align our cloud-native solutions with business goals.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex deployments and ensuring long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of territory sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with partners, MSSPs, VARs or other collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle within your defined region from prospecting to closing.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and align Cato solutions with business needs.
• Position Cato as a trusted advisor for long-term customer success.
• Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Utilize data, win-loss analyses, and pipeline metrics to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and accelerate growth.
• Develop relationships with local partners to expand market reach.
