Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across a defined region. The role is home-based with travel to care homes and hospitals, ensuring staff are confident, competent and aligned with the Barchester ethos.

You will coordinate training calendars, maintain up-to-date employee training files and work with Home Managers to implement personal development plans while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Coordination and delivery of induction and development training.
• Plan and publish training calendars and maintain records.
• Observe workplace practice and coach new staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, hands-on training across multiple subjects.
• Plan and publish training calendars for the region.
