Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across a regional footprint. The role combines coaching staff across homes and hospitals, ensuring competence in a person-centred care ethos, with travel to a defined region and home-based delivery of sessions.

You will witness staff progression from day one, supporting ongoing development and ensuring training records are up to date.

Qualifications

• C&G 7300 or equivalent qualification is required.
• Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience in social care is required.
• Working knowledge of legislative requirements in care sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver induction and development training against Barchester objectives.
• Provide practical, hands-on training across a variety of subjects.
• Plan and publish training calendars and maintain training files.
