Job summary

Blue Triangle (Glasgow) Housing Association Limited in Oban is seeking Relief Workers to join a team delivering safe, supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. No previous experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people.
• Ideally, 1 year of experience with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour.
• Commitment to SS SC code of practice and National Care Standards.
• Ability to relate empathetically and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness as part of a team.
• Support, monitor and evaluate outcomes using case management systems to achieve person-centred outcomes.
• Update and maintain all recording systems and documentation within required timeframes.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and reviews in line with support plans.
• Provide advocacy and guidance to enable residents to meet occupancy requirements.
