Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across a designated region. You will manage sales activity, handle enquiries, conduct resident tours, and build relationships with residents and their families to support occupancy targets.

We offer an Attritive salary with commission, car allowance, and a rewards package including discounts and wellbeing support. A professional sales background and CRM experience are preferred, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
