Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to help increase occupancy across a region. You will work with an exceptional management team to convert enquiries into residents for first-class care homes.

We are looking for a professional sales professional with experience in healthcare or related fields, capable of analysing CRM data and driving local marketing activity. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Self-motivated with strong target orientation.
• Interpersonal and professional presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication with residents and relatives.
• Network within local communities to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
