Triton Showers Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in Social Housing and New Build across the West Midlands and Southwest. You will expand our footprint by securing new contracts while sustaining existing ones and building strong relationships with Housing Associations.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with field sales experience, capable of reporting a clear pipeline and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in housing associations/social housing sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering new business while protecting existing contracts.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and meet sales targets.
• Open and clear pipeline reporting focused on growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through Social Housing and New Build sectors in the West Midlands & Southwest.
• Develop and deliver new business while maintaining current contracts.
• Build and manage a clear sales pipeline and forecast.
• Engage with Housing Associations contacts and national Merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product.
