Job summary

The Area Sales Manager role covers the M62 region across West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. You will sell bathrooms, showers and plumbing products to public sector bodies, housing associations and contractors, while managing existing accounts and developing new business from leads to close.

This field-based role blends home working with regional travel, reporting to an experienced leadership team and targeting c£2m regional turnover.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in B2B field sales.
• Experience selling construction or related products (training provided).
• Experience selling to local authorities, housing associations or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Sell bathrooms, showering and plumbing products to public sector and social housing channels.
• Manage existing and new customers across the region.
• Generate leads and develop new business to win opportunities.
• Track sales processes from lead to order and build relationships at each stage.
