Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a long-established Leisure Homes manufacturer recruit a Business Development Manager for a remote, field-based role across the South West. You will manage your own desk, identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts, with uncapped commission and a company car.

The successful candidate will be autonomous, KPI-driven, and capable of shaping our regional sales approach while working from home or on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Leisure Homes or similar products.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Willingness to travel across the South West and work remotely.
• Ambition to earn uncapped commission and progress within the business.

Responsibilities

• Sell Leisure Homes and related products to a broad client base across the South West.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and grow existing accounts and relationships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a regional patch.
• Own the entire sales cycle and influence sales strategy.
