About this role:

We provide the tools to help independent restaurants go online and reach more customers, increasing orders and growing their businesses. We also support our community with insights, advice, and standards to enhance customer satisfaction and sector quality.

As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, driving consumer choice, and activating takeaway restaurants to maximize orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to your partners.

Location:

Paisley & Surrounding Area, field-based & home-based.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Maximize the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building mutually beneficial relationships.
  2. Educate Restaurant Partners to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Participate in onboarding new restaurants, visiting them within 14 days of going online.
  4. Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants and mentor partners on achieving this.
  5. Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ownership of ambitious targets.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Interest in food and restaurants.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
