Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Account Manager - Distribution for the UK. Based in Birmingham or Midlands, you will build a profitable pipeline across Low Voltage solutions, power quality, and building safety.

Travel ~75% to engage contractors, distributors, and consultants while coordinating with Ireland and the UK teams. You will work with business units, marketing, and the back office to meet targets, deliver growth, and use CRM analytics to optimize conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within construction or technology sectors.
• Ability to develop and deliver profitable pipelines against targets.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Power BI.

Responsibilities
