Job summary

At Eaton, a market leader in power management, you will develop a sustainable, profitable pipeline for Low Voltage solutions in the commercial buildings sector. You will collaborate with UK & Ireland teams to drive growth, manage partner programs, and identify opportunities in EV charging and energy storage, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work with contractors, consultants, and panel builders to expand Eaton's share, employing CRM and Power BI to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment targeting contractors/consultants/panel builders.
• CRM adoption and data-driven selling experience.
• Familiarity with power distribution, LV solutions and EV charging markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a profitable pipeline aligned to Eaton targets.
• Achieve sales activity targets via face-to-face and digital engagement.
• Drive sales efficiency through digital tools and CRM analytics.
• Manage partner programs with panel builders to grow demand and coverage.
• Identify opportunities in EV charging and energy storage within commercial buildings.
