Job description

Role Title : Regional Account Manager – Southeast region

Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location : Homebased, but regular travel will be required across the Southeast region.

Salary : £32,000 – £35,000, dependent upon experience.

Transport : This role comes with either a car allowance or a Company car with a fuel card, that can be used for personal use.

Are you ready to make an impact? Join us as a Regional Account Manager and support in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and championing Inspired’s gaming products across the Southeast region.

You will act as a trusted partner and an industry advocate, identifying new opportunities, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring operational excellence through regular site visits and data-driven insights.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will resolve issues seamlessly, lead regional meetings and uphold compliance and responsible gaming standards.

Direct account management experience is desired but not essential – so if you are a people person, are great at building relationships, confident with using excel data and other associated Microsoft packages and flexible to travel (including occasional overnight stays), this is your chance to shape performance and make a real difference.

What you will do :
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers at both regional and site level.
  • Act as the primary contact for your territory, ensuring continuity, identifying growth opportunities, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Represent Inspired as an industry ambassador, supporting customers in maximising revenue and enhancing awareness of gaming products, content and initiatives.
  • Promote Inspired’s full range of products and services, providing tailored solutions that increases performance for both customer and Inspired.
  • Identify density and placement opportunities to optimise machine performance and drive revenue.
  • Lead quarterly area / regional manager meetings, collaborating with the Head of Revenue and Account Manager, other Regional Account Managers and Account Directors, ensuring pre-meeting briefs result in meaningful discussions and actions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to each pub (minimum quarterly) and maintain accurate visit records.
  • Perform daily checks through our systems to minimise downtime and protect revenue across the estate. Not limited to but to include daily exception reporting and subsequent actions.
  • Support pubs in understanding machine compliance obligations and ensure alignment with all Inspired initiatives and KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Collections, Service) to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay fully conversant with internal and external BI systems to identify trends, income opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Provide timely weekly and periodic reports as required.
  • Ensure full adherence to company health & safety policies, taking responsibility for your own wellbeing and that of others.
  • Uphold Inspired’s social responsibility commitments regarding gambling, complying with the Gambling Act 2005 and Gambling Commission codes of practice.
The must haves :
  • Excellent communication / people skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally with our customers.
  • Ability to build excel spreadsheets and in turn, analyse any associated data.
  • Full driving license.
The other stuff we are looking for :
  • Account management experience – a proactive, commercially minded approach.
  • Good knowledge of other Microsoft packages including word, outlook and PowerPoint etc.
  • Be organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region, including occasional overnight stays as required.
