Job summary

PIE Recruitment is looking for a Field Sales professional to work remotely across the UK, managing dealer partnerships and growing revenue. You will operate from home, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy.

You will win new B2B business with independent dealers and franchise groups, while leveraging a modern CRM and marketing-generated opportunities. A company car is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new B2B business in a field-based role.
• Structured approach to territory planning, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Ability to discuss margins, gross profit and revenue per unit with decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a qualified pipeline of independent dealers and dealer groups across your territory.
• Lead discovery conversations around stock, F&I performance and aftersales exposure, presenting a strong commercial case.
• Negotiate terms, close partners and onboard, including training and embedding the product in deals.
• Grow and retain accounts through regular reviews and accurate forecasting.
