• Proactively identifying opportunities to increase spend across product categories.
• Conducting regular face-to-face customer meetings and strategic reviews.
• Building relationships with multiple stakeholders across organisations.
• Understanding customers' operations to identify commercial opportunities.
• Presenting new products, solutions and innovations to customers.
• Supporting larger commercial opportunities with a face-to-face approach.
