Job summary

Level Up Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Regional Account Manager to own a region and work directly with established automotive dealer clients across the UK. You’ll build relationships, coach sales teams and implement commercial plans to improve client performance.

You’ll be out meeting clients, analysing performance and driving opportunities, with autonomy and support from the wider team. This field-based role offers real progression and training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients face-to-face and build relationships with managers and senior decision-makers.
• Review sales performance and identify improvements.
• Agree commercial action plans and help clients implement them.
• Coach and develop sales teams to improve performance.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations.
• Analyse data, trends and results to identify opportunities.
• Support product launches and new commercial initiatives.
• Manage your diary, territory and priorities.
• Attend client events and conferences.
