Job summary

Level Up Recruitment is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover a UK region within the automotive sector. You will meet clients face-to-face, build senior-level relationships, and create commercial action plans to drive sales performance.

Day-to-day involves reviewing data, coaching sales teams, delivering training, and managing your diary and priorities. This is a field-based, Monday–Friday role with significant autonomy and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ambitious and career-driven.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance data.
• Willing to travel/field-based.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of established automotive dealer clients across your region.
• Build trusted commercial partnerships with accounts, not just regular check-ins.
• Coach and develop client sales teams to improve performance.
• Review sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and participate in product launches and commercial initiatives.
