Job summary

CarFinance 247 is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the North East UK region from home, with a focus on expanding motor dealer partnerships and maximizing revenue. You will work with a Relationship Manager to develop the territory, engaging existing dealers and adding new ones to grow the business.

The position offers an uncapped commission structure, a company car, and a busy entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling into the Motor Trade.
• Experience with account management and business development in motor finance is desirable.
• Pro-active with high levels of quality activity to meet targets.
• Track record of working to and achieving against targets.
• Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with customers.
• New business sales developer who can win and maintain business.
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
• Enjoys fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a regional area in the UK.
• Pro-actively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
• Work with existing motor dealers to build relationships and position CF247 within their finance offering.
• Liaise with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure market leading service.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Use and update the CRM system to manage activity and pipeline.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure exceptional service and regulatory compliance.
• Attend Head Office meetings 1 day per quarter.
