Job summary

phs Hygiene is recruiting a field-based Sales Account Manager to protect and grow existing customers while acquiring new business across a defined territory. You will drive a strategic plan, forecast against targets, and represent the brand at senior levels.

The role requires a UK driving licence, high energy in a fast-paced environment, and resilience. You will operate with support from a regional sales team and CRM-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales professional with experience creating strategies to protect, grow and win new customers across multiple industries.
• Able to manage existing accounts and achieve a New Business target each period.
• Willing to travel regionally and operate with pace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and protect existing customer accounts with annual spend between £3,000 and £35,000.
• Acquire new customers across your regional territory.
• Develop a strategic plan to protect, grow and acquire business within a defined territory.
• Accurately forecast and deliver against New Business and Retention targets.
• Represent phs with new customers at the appropriate level.
• Focus on effective, efficient, and high-quality sales activity; not just volume.
• Use the CRM system to manage opportunities and pipeline.
