Job summary

PIE Recruitment is seeking a Field Sales professional for a home-based role covering a Reading area. The position offers a basic salary up to £50,000 with on-target earnings up to £70,000 and uncapped commission, plus an electric company car.

You will build and manage relationships with independent dealers, negotiate terms, onboard partners and drive growth through a structured territory plan and CRM usage. The role combines strategic account development with hands-on field sales.

Qualifications

• A strong record of winning new B2B business in a field-based role.
• Commercial confidence with owner-operators and senior decision-makers, including margin, gross profit and revenue per unit.
• A structured approach to territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Self-direction, resilience and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a qualified pipeline of independent dealers, dealer groups and car supermarkets across your territory.
• Run discovery-led conversations on stock, F&I performance, margins and aftersales, presenting a commercial case.
• Negotiate terms, close new partners and lead onboarding, including training and embedding the product into the deal process.
• Grow and retain accounts through regular performance reviews, accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
