Position: Unity is looking for a Region Sales Manager – UK & Europe to join the business in the UK (preferably Aberdeen) on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven leader to head our team of Technical Sales Engineers, driving growth across the UKCS and European markets. In this role, you will guide the team in identifying, managing, and closing opportunities, while building strong relationships with new and existing clients. By engaging directly with customer decision-makers, you will position Unity as a trusted partner for integrity, intervention, and P&A activities.

The ideal candidate will be an externally focused, proactive individual with proven experience leading teams and a strong existing network within the energy sector. You will bring credibility, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence key stakeholders while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Sales Engineers.
  • Develop and manage client relationships at decision-maker level across Operators and Service Companies.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to promote Unity’s proprietary products and services, including our Compact Intervention suite, engineered solutions, QV product range, and decommission project services.
  • Represent Unity in client discussions, ensuring our solutions are positioned at the forefront of their operational plans.
Job Knowledge and Experience
  • Significant oil and gas industry experience, covering a broad range of job functions relating to well engineering, interventions and operations.
  • Experience in team leadership or management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of one or more of standard intervention equipment, surface wellhead equipment, pressure control equipment and/or Thru-Tubing tooling and services.
  • Knowledge of decommissioning operations and processes.
  • Existing network of stakeholder-level clients in oil and gas operators and service companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good decision making and negotiation skills.
