Recruitment Resourcer

Frenchay, Bristol | £26 - 30k per annum dependant on experience | Parking onsite | Career Progression

Acorn by Synergie are a construction specialist recruitment provider based in North Bristol. We have been trading for over 35 years, with a stronghold in Bristol for 4 years.

Due to an increase in productivity we have an immediate interest in speaking with experienced resourcers to bolster our already settled and successful team.

We are looking to speak with anyone confident on the phone, keen to support jobseekers into meaningful employment working in tandem with our office manager to assist in the resourcing of all of our current live vacancies.

In addition, we have a rigid compliance and onboarding procedure which requires an organised work ethic, committed to ensuring everyone we put to work has the correct documents and information to support our clients in the best way possible.

Duties
  • Advertising and calling candidate responses
  • Onboarding candidates using our state‑of‑the‑art online registration procedure
  • Collating right‑to‑work documentation and adhering to compliance procedure
  • Formulating relationships with our workforce and being on hand to answer queries immediately
  • Maintaining high standard of service to ensure our clients get the best possible service
  • Having a committed work ethic to being on the phone, finding the best candidates to send into work
Required
  • Some telephone coordinated experience
  • Knowledge of construction useful but non-essential
  • Committed work ethic with an attention to detail
  • Resilient nature, positive attitude and cheerful demeanor
  • 8am start to 5pm finish Monday to Friday
  • WFH available when passed probation and management team confident tasks will be completed well
