Job Description Overview

Are you motivated to shape recruitment strategies and build strong stakeholder relationships? We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering our HR and People Strategy across the division.
You’ll work closely with the Divisional HR Business Partner and support recruitment delivery through an offshore People Hub, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality resourcing solutions. Your credibility and expertise will define how our Resourcing Centre of Expertise is perceived by the business.

This is a Fixed term role for one year. The closing date for applications is 19th December.

Your Role
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business needs and challenging thinking where needed.
  • Partner with the offshore People Hub to manage recruitment workload and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery against headcount targets.
  • Translate business requirements into effective recruitment and attraction strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align recruitment projects and improvement initiatives to deliver in a skills shortage market.
  • Drive diversity in hiring and promote ED&I initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to provide insightful reports, inform decision-making and drive performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment, supporting hiring managers, business stakeholders and HR colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other Recruitment Partners to share knowledge and deliver consistent excellence.
