Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator to manage the pre-employment checks and onboarding for staff across our care homes. You will work with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are thoroughly vetted and compliant before starting their roles.

The role involves handling onboarding activities, maintaining Safer Recruitment practices, and ensuring we meet CQC requirements, with opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within health and social care.
• Knowledge of onboarding and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an efficient recruitment and onboarding administration service to the Group, ensuring pre-employment checks are completed.
• Vet candidates in line with recruitment policy for full time, contract or temporary roles.
• Maintain processes to comply with Safer Recruitment practices.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and CQC requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to prepare new starters for day one.
