Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking two Recruitment Coordinators to join the fast-growing Recruitment Team at our Runcorn Head Office. The role covers full onboarding and compliance for candidates delivering essential health and care services, with a Monday–Friday schedule and two home-working days after settling in.

You’ll recruit both domestic and international candidates, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting a welcoming, collaborative team focused on high standards in care services.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and recruitment administration.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and keep them updated on recruitment activity.
• Autonomously suggest and implement improved processing systems.
• Issue contracts of employment and explain terms and conditions.
