Job summary

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. You will coordinate vacancies, ensure pre-employment checks are completed accurately, and provide a welcoming experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will work with the Resourcing Business Partner, Home Managers and wider People Team to ensure recruitment activity stays on track, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance across our processes.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Recruitment/Resourcing/HR Admin or similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Confident using ATS, databases and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reach Applicant Tracking System and keep candidate/vacancy data compliant.
• Handle candidate onboarding: references, DBS checks, Right to Work, contracts and start dates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the journey in a professional, welcoming manner.
