Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team in Peacehaven. You will support the selection, onboarding and compliance processes for new starters, coordinating with HR compliance and recruitment colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing regulatory checks.

You will manage DBS screening, work with Registered Manager and Heads of Care, and handle administrative duties related to candidate sourcing and onboarding within the Eploy ATS system.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for support worker and education roles
• Screening candidates for suitability
• Collaborating with recruitment and compliance teams
• Managing key stakeholders such as Registered Manager and Heads of Care
• Processing enhanced DBS checks
• Ensuring renewed enhanced DBS checks for existing staff
• Using the Eploy ATS system
• Providing recruitment or onboarding administrative support as required
