Recruitment Manager (Maternity Cover, fixed term) - UK

We are now looking for a fixed term Recruitment Manager to join our London office, working as part of the London HR team.

How you will create impact :
  • Ensure all UK recruitment needs are met, working across Divisions and teams, running and overseeing all roles to be recruited in the London office
  • Leading recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring excellent candidate service and processing candidates through to initial onboarding
  • Forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior team members and hiring managers, external recruiters and collaborating with other partners we routinely work with e.g. to support DEI initiatives
  • Manage and develop the Senior Recruitment Coordinator, working closely together on high volume recruitment campaigns (such as Internship recruitment) and providing support, guidance and mentorship where needed
  • Deploy search and active sourcing techniques, via the LinkedIn Recruiter toolkit, to add high quality candidates where required, especially for targeted or specialised roles
  • Continue to improve our selection processes to segment and evaluate applicants, ensuring high levels of confidence in our ultimate hiring decisions
  • Taking a lead role with our London Diversity initiatives aimed at early career hiring, namely running and supporting webinars and events in line with our DEI goals
  • Work closely with Global Talent Acquisition as and when roles are to be located in the UK for Global teams, and play an active role in sharing good practices, seeking to influence and support the development of future tools / thinking
  • Develop a deep understanding of Simon Kucher’s culture alongside the skills and abilities required for those we recruit to excel
  • Work alongside other members of the London HRteam to support where needed
Your profile :
  • Substantial experience recruiting across a wide range of roles, gained within a professional services environment with a strong focus on results, and potentially working in global teams
  • Understanding of the key importance of truly exceptional and personal candidate experience
  • A strong track record of using active sourcing, including proven ability to attract passive candidates successfully
  • Knowledge of diversity initiatives and ideas for broadening our reach within diverse groups, particularly for early career hiring
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment with a clear growth strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to connect with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Teams and MS Excel
  • A strong interest in continuous innovation and horizon scanning to ensure that we continue to bring exceptional people into the organisation
