We’re Nexter.co.uk, a fast-growing nursery recruitment agency with a proud culture of collaboration and growth. We’re looking for a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to take the lead on our Yorkshire desk—driving business development, securing placements, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.

What you’ll do
  • Proactively find and win new nursery clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Manage your own sales pipeline in Zoho CRM and convert prospects into placement opportunities
  • Interview and match top-quality L2/L3 childcare candidates to client needs
  • Oversee compliance checks, paperwork, and candidate care throughout placement
  • Collaborate with the wider team and share your insights to help us grow
  • We\'re open 7am-6pm weekdays and run a shift system - 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm. We are flexible around working from home with an expectation of minimum 3 days per week in office
Who we’re looking for
  • Recruitment experience, preferably in education, nursery, or early years sectors—whether recent or from earlier in your career
  • A go-getter mentality: you love making calls, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Organised and IT-savvy, ideally with Zoho or CRM experience
  • Passionate about supporting nurseries and childcare staffing needs
