At Prospero Teaching, we're on the lookout for an experienced SEN Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, working with SEND schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and alternative provisions, connecting talented education professionals with the roles where they can make the biggest impact.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with SEN schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions
  • Attracting and interviewing candidates aligned with each setting's ethos and requirements
  • Advertising vacancies via job boards, social media, and our website
  • Meeting both clients and candidates to provide a personal, tailored recruitment experience
  • Managing vacancies across supply and contract roles
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Experienced in educational recruitment (SEN experience preferred)
  • Driven by targets and commission, but with a heart for meaningful work
  • Confident and engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in compliance and working with high-volume workloads
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Commercially aware and always thinking a step ahead
