The Role

As a 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for delivering top‑tier tech talent into European markets, working with a mix of corporates, SMEs, and high‑growth start‑ups. A second European language is highly advantageous, as you will be speaking with candidates across multiple regions.

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles across Europe
• Manage high‑volume, high‑quality candidate pipelines
• Partner closely with experienced Team Leaders and Business Development Managers
• Work in a high‑performance, fast‑moving environment
• Consistently hit and exceed targets

• Experience in technology recruitment (highly advantageous)
