Nurseplus in Norwich is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare team. This 360 role gives you full ownership of your desk—from business development through to candidate placement and client management.

You will build relationships, source and interview candidates, and work to exceed targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.
