Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter team in the healthcare sector. This is a 360 recruitment role with end-to-end ownership—from business development to candidate placement and client management.

You will build and maintain relationships with NHS and private sector clients, source and screen candidates, and work to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication is essential.
