Job summary

A private charity in Grimsby is looking for a Recovery Coordinator to support individuals affected by substance misuse. You will manage a caseload, deliver keywork sessions, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery journeys. Location: Grimsby

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Rate: £18.00 - £20.00

Contract: Initial 3–6 month contract with potential extension

We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join a well-established private charity in Grimsby, providing vital support to individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse.

You’ll be working as part of a passionate multidisciplinary team to support service users on their recovery journey, using a person-centred approach that promotes independence, harm reduction, and sustained change.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of service users with varying substance misuse issues
• Completing comprehensive assessments and risk management plans
• Delivering 1 : 1 keywork sessions and structured interventions
• Liaising with clinical, criminal justice, and housing services as part of multi-agency support
• Supporting service users in developing recovery plans and achieving meaningful outcomes
