WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker in Stoke-on-Trent on a fixed-term contract until 17 September 2027. The role focuses on delivering high-quality recovery care to clients with drug, alcohol and mental health needs, including assessments and referrals.

You’ll be the first point of contact and collaborate to create effective treatment plans. The role involves handling an active caseload, ensuring continuity of care through partnership working and timely interventions, with some Saturday work.

• You will be the first point of contact for the service, including taking referrals, doing assessments, covering staff absence and answering telephone queries.
• You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they’re always treated with respect and dignity.
