Job summary

WithYou in Glasgow is recruiting four Recovery Workers to support people affected by drugs, alcohol and mental health challenges. The role covers three hubs across North East, North West and South Glasgow with one-to-one and group work, embedded in a Recovery Oriented System of Care.

You will be part of a diverse team, coordinating care, building goal-focused plans and delivering interventions while maintaining dignity and respect for clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or motivation for drug/alcohol sector
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health care desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care through effective partnership working and care coordination
• Deliver intervention and coordinate services to support clients on their recovery journey
• Manage an active caseload and engage with clients promptly and with respect and dignity
• Work collaboratively with partners and communities to ensure accessible services
