Job summary

WithYou in Shrewsbury is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker to support clients in identifying goals and creating tailored recovery plans. You’ll be the first point of contact, handle referrals, perform assessments, and cover staff absence while delivering high-quality care with dignity.

You will manage an active caseload, work in partnership with teams, and deliver interventions in a timely, person-centred manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care or related fields.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about helping others and recovery support.
• Hold a UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take referrals and perform initial assessments.
• Cover staff absence and answer telephone queries.
• Manage an active caseload and coordinate care.
