Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker in Wigan to provide support to individuals facing drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges. The role focuses on goal setting, care planning, and delivering interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with some Saturday work on a rota. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential to fulfil duties and attend client visits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Experience in health, social care or related settings preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care through partnership working and care coordination.
• Manage an active caseload and engage clients to support recovery goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
