Job summary

Phoenix Futures is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support adults in West Essex. The role is based in Harlow and focuses on individuals with complex needs in the criminal justice pathway.

You will work within a community team, performing case management, care navigation and multi-agency collaboration to promote recovery and access to services. Applicants should have experience in substance use or health care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part

Qualifications

• Experience in problematic substance use, mental health or related field.
• Evidence of partnership working and networking for client benefit.
• Evidence of managing a caseload and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Word; familiarity with databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in the criminal justice system with complex needs within Essex.
• Work across case management, care navigation, advocacy and multi-agency collaboration.
• Motivate and assist clients to access a wide range of services.
• Collaborate within a team and use initiative to manage time independently.
